Looking forward, looking back: Some offical GFMD-related documents

Two documents have been made available that sum up the Mexican GFMD and provide an outlook on the Swiss one  Also, the little-known Platform for Partnerships receives an overhaul.

First,

you can find the report of the proceedings for the Mexican GFMD here:

http://www.gfmd.org/en/gfmd-documents-library/doc_download/616-report-of-the-proceedings-english.html

Second, the Swiss government has published the final version of its 2011 concept paper. You can download a copy here:

And, third of all, the Platform for Partnerships is currently under revision and supposed to go online in a revised version this month (March). Comparatively little attention has so far been paid to this online tool aimed at gathering best practices and partnership programs.

While the initial website gave the impression this tool was made primarily for governments and could be accessed by civil society members only via invitation, I have been informed that this is not the case. Instead, while only government representatives can post projects on the platform, everybody should be able to access them.

We will be able to tell for sure, once the overhauled project goes online – check out this page in the meantime:
