Today International Migrants Day is being commemorated for the 14th time. Sadly, it is the first time since 2002 that the NGO “December 18″ – named after the day when the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted the “International Convention on the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families” – is not providing documentation and reports through its website and radio service. Still, there is a lot going on today, so please find some links to statements/activities below (to be updated, so keep checking back – and feel free to suggest more links!) :
